We welcome you to the new Seattle Bagel Bakery website, where you’ll find information about the kettle boiled difference that makes our bagels better than those “other guys” who steam their bagels. Forget the steam! Bagels were intended to be kettle boiled and that’s the distinct difference you’ll taste with every bagel from Seattle Bagel Bakery. They’re delicious, artisan-styled, gourmet bagels!


  1. Hi there – been looking for a real bagel up here in the northwest for a while. Are the owners from the east coast?

  2. The original 1986 founder brought his recipes over from Brooklyn, NY.
    The current leadership since 1992 is local and from Seattle. The recipes haven’t changed since the doors open 1986 :)
